Ask about on-location service and travel. Most artists come to you, which affects timing and may add travel fees. Confirm they will come to your getting-ready location and how early they need to arrive to finish on schedule.

More people in the party, additional artists to keep the timeline tight, and on-location service all raise the total. Book six to nine months out for popular artists, and schedule the trial a few weeks to a month before the wedding. Pricing is usually per service with the bride's look often priced separately, so confirm what the party rate includes.
